today was quite a day. running, nescafe coffee, heartbreaks and loads of irritating sounds.
was nearly late for school but luckily they allowed us to run in before the assembly started. seriously lucky. hahahaha. then the 4e/5n had to stay back cos the mr lim wanted to brief us about the night study and at the same time comment on our results for prelims which we 'fantabulous'. you know what i mean. blah blah blah then the only part which had everyone listening was that the school was providing nescafe coffee for everyone who comes to school for the night study before 6.50! immediately, thoughts of saving money and ripping the school off came to mind. hahahahaha. nevermind the coffee, back to the topic. after the assembly, went for lessons as usual. during chinese, rockets bought the hacks lemon sweets which he was distributing to the class and everyone was making the super high pitched sound which is fantastically noisy and irritating. this continued through the whole lesson and throughout english. finally got back the marks for amaths and man, it was really shitty. they minus-ed marks like free one for inaccuracy and missing units. like wth? if they didn't minus, i would have gotten a B3. must learn from mistakes la.
nothing much happened during recess and physics. THEN CAME ENGLISH. the moment for truth(or not)! we got back our paper 2 marks which i would describe as pathetic. was really bad. except for summary that is. our summaries were really well done and i think it kinda constituted to the loss of a lot of marks for comprehension. it started out with summary being bad during sec3 and comprehension being quite good and now its the exact opposite. kinda crazy. there were people who were scoring 8 and even 6 for comprehension. luckily for me i passed both and got a total score of 33/50. LUCKILY. my family would kill me if i failed english. but for now its all up to paper 1 and oral which i hope that mr james has rectified the problem which happened during mid year. for those who do not know what it is, here it is. 11 of us were under mrs pereira for oral and these oral marks were for mid year and prelims. apparently, all 11 of us FAILED. so what they found out is that the system had and error and divided our marks by 2 before being keyed in and which will be FURTHER divided which in turn cost many of us our A1s. mr james said they would have it changed for prelims and i hope they have done it. after english, history was cancelled! actually i shouldn't be happy because i did very badly for prelims.
anyway, went to hg mall to buy ban mian for lunch and headed home. did a bit of the physics 5/10 year series. actually only the mcqs. HAHAHAHA. there were questions which were repeated and GUESS WHAT. there's a repeated question and the answers to the question were different. BRILLIANT?! totally. spent most of my time on facebook chatting and spamming walls. okay fine i was chatting via spamming of walls. kinda retarded. hahahaha. dota-ed a bit and now talking to kok who's coming up with weird words like brianliant and koskmic. retarded i say. hopefully i'll get my medal tomorrow! its like 1 month late already. hahahaha.
